Wallys Watersports at Sunset Resort

Sunset Resort is not a self service launch, gates are always locked for your safety so reservations are preferred but walk-ins will be accommodated as space permits during business hours. Looking to launch outside of business hours, contact us and we will see if we can accommodate. If you do not exit the resort by 5 pm, Search & Rescue and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

A shaded picnic table and will be available for your use, the rest of the resort is closed due to renovations. The dock is provided for your convenience to tie off to while loading/unloading and resting, no swimming, fishing or diving from the boat ramp or dock. The marina is off limits. PFD are required and we ask you to please take out more than you bring in and help clean up Medina Lake. We welcome well behaved dogs on leashes will launching!

Renovations at the front gate Sunset Resort

Sunset Resort is excited to announce our concrete boat ramp is open for Kayak, Paddle Boards and Canoe launching! Launching will be open Friday - Sunday 7 am - 5 pm for $25/person (CASH), limited to the max occupancy of vessel. Have more people than your vessel allows? Contact Wallys Watersports (210-859-5246) to rent additional kayaks or paddle boards. Wallys also offers guide service if your looking to have someone else provide the tour and history of the lake.
